Hotel a North Webster

“Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area. ”

“In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“parking was easy, staff was friendly. breakfast area was very nice, choices were a little limited but decent. room was clean and comfortable.”

“Jacuzzi was closed down. Picture showed a jacuzzi. Also wanted soak jacuzzi tub in the room which the hotel doesn't even offer but shows in the picture. Total disappointment.”

“Police on site when I arrived due to dope smoking. Sink wouldn’t drain. No hot water. TV was 17 years old and blurry. Beds were awful. Elevator smelled like weed.”

“Breakfast was ok. People at the front desk were great. Day one No one made the bed, Not a big deal but day two pillows were the way they were after being slept on. Sheet was just draped over both beds and bed wasn't made, Toilet paper, towels were replenished and room wasn't vacuumed”

“The hotel is extremely grungy. Stained walls, built up dirt in corners of the bathroom, there were only 2 towels, shower head had good pressure but the nozzle was terrible. The only available outlet for charging with a cube was beside the sink. ”

“Staff was friendly. The elevator was very dirty, which appeared to have built up over time. Two of the three lights in the bathroom were burned out. The only lamp was between the beds, the fan in the heating unit would not turn off, and no phone to call the desk. Discarded cans and food wrappers littered outside. Last but not least- fresh smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the bathroom, with no other rooms available. Would not recommend! Why did we stay? Did not get a refundable room… lesson...

“The breakfast was fresh and the area was kept clean. The hot tub was perfect and the staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed! ”
